Orders can be placed on-line. Orders through our website will be confirmed with an email of your order details which usually takes 3-5 mins before it is sent.

Our stock levels are automatically managed by our IT systems, if our website shows an item as being out of stock, then unfortunately this item is currently out of stock.

We get regular deliveries of stock and our website stock levels are updated automatically, so you shouldnt need to wait long for an item to be back in with us.

A lot of our sales items are discontinued styles or colours, therefore will have limited stock numbers.

Garments in stock at the time of order are usually despatched the next day. We always try and delivery your goods as soon as possible but please allow up to 3-5 working days for dispatch, during busy periods this may take a little longer. For bespoke items, please allow up to 21 days for manufacture and delivery.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, if you enter PO Box details, your delivery will be delayed as we will have to call you requesting another delivery address before we are able to dispatch your purchases.

Yes we do, if you put your postage details into our shipping calculator which is located on our checkout page, it will work out how much it will cost for the items in your cart at the time to be sent to you.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, if you enter PO Box details, your delivery will be delayed as we will have to call you requesting another delivery address before we are able to dispatch your purchases.

We have an instant quote generator on our Checkout page. When you enter your postage details our shipping calculator will work out how much it will cost for the items in your cart at the time to be sent to you.

If you wish to exchange your items for a different size or colour then please follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill out the returns form found on the back of your invoice enclosed in your package. If you can’t find it, you can download an additional form here.
  2. Please complete the entire form with all of your details including the product code, name, size, colour and quantity of the items you want to return to us.
  3. Fill out the details of the items you require in exchange, including the new size and colour required.
  4. Please select your exchange payment method for us to resend the items out to you (if you do not fill in this section then the process of your order will be delayed).
  5. Send the items back to us at your own cost.

When is an exchange not possible?

  • If you return your items to us later than 14 days from receiving your order.
  • If your items are bespoke, in clearance, or personalised (i.e. embroidery) then we are not able to exchange the items.
  • If your items are dirty or damaged from your personal use.
  • If the items you require are not available, or are out of stock.

    Want to return something? No problem, if your item is in its original condition then all you need to do is:

    1. Fill out the returns form found on the back of your invoice enclosed in your package. If you can’t find it, you can download an additional form here.
    2. Please complete the entire form with all of your details including the product code, name, size, colour and quantity of the items you want to return to us.
    3. Please tick the refund box.
    4. Send the items back to us at your own cost, and your items will be refunded.

    When is a refund not possible?

    • If you return your items to us later than 14 days from receiving your order
    • If your items are bespoke, in clearance, or personalised (i.e. embroidery) then we are not able to refund the items.
    • If your items are dirty or damaged from your personal use.

    We offer embroidery on our garments.

    If you have not had embroidery with us before there will be a £25 + VAT set up fee to have your logo on our system and then you would be charged per garment:

    Our garments are designed to allow freedom of movement and comfort for work. Our garments are an average fit, so if you are generally a size 12 in the high street, we advise that you order a size 12 from us.

    We do provide a bespoke sizing service. However should you require a special size garment beyond size 34 please contact us on;

     

    However, there will be an additional tailoring charge, call us for details. Bespoke items are non-refundable.

    Yes, we have our own on-site factory, so we can be more than flexible in meeting your requirements. For example, we may be able to offer garments in additional colours and styles to the ones we have available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.
