DISPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES

Please note that orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of being received. We do not dispatch orders on UK weekends and bank holidays.

As an example, if you order on a Friday, your garment will not be dispatched until the following Monday or Tuesday. During very busy periods (e.g. Black Friday), this timeframe could extend by up to another 24-48 hour period.

Once packed, your order will be dispatched that day, and you'll be sent a tracking code via email. The following timeframes usually apply, but may vary by the postal operator, especially during busy periods. We have no control over these timeframes, nor do we guarantee them.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to an order once the dispatch process has started. If you have made a mistake please email us ASAP via the contact us page. The sooner you email, the more we will be able to help.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Please note that any custom charges or import duties outside of the United Kingdom are paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

LATE OR LOST ORDERS

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Salonwear Direct takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 10 working days after the date of despatch - this timeframe is dictated to us by the postal operators.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED

If you specify for a parcel to be left safe by the postal worker / courier then that parcel will be deemed delivered once it has been left safe. We can't take any responsibility for items that are requested to be left safe.

If items are sent to places of work, in some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail website by filling in a signature request form.

Please note, we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
