Christmas Delivery and Opening Hours

 

Christmas and New Year Opening Hours 

During the Christmas holidays this year, our offices will be closed from 1:00pm on the 24^th of December and will reopen at 9:00am on the 4^th of January. Please be aware that any orders placed between these dates will be processed in the new year.

Any enquires or emails that are sent over during this time may still be dealt with as our staff continue to monitor, but nothing you order will be processed or any issues fully dealt with until at least the 4th of January.

 Last Dates for Delivery before the Christmas Holidays

To ensure we keep up our great service over the holiday period, and to make sure our customers can receive their goods in good time, we have set the following rules:

• For Express delivery before Christmas please order before midday on the 21^st  of December 2021, any orders placed after this time may not be processed in time for Christmas and will be delivered in the New Year.
• For Standard delivery before Christmas please order before midday on the 17^th of December 2021, any orders placed after this time may not be processed in time for Christmas and will be delivered in the New Year.

 Returns

 

 For any customers wanting to return or replace an item, the cut off day for it to be processed before the holidays will be the 17^th of December 2021, any returns or replacements sent back after that date will not be processed until the New Year.
