RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If our Salonwear fails to meet your expectations, or even if you just need a different size, we allow you to return the goods for an exchange or refund. **Please note: 'Bespoke, clearance, and personalised items (i.e. embroidered) are exempt and non-returnable**

In order for Salonwear to process your return/exchange you must complete our 'Returns & Exchanges' form, and adhere to the following:

Return items in perfect condition // Return items within 14 days of delivery // State what 'additional funds' (inc. postage costs) we may need to take to get an 'exchange' back to you // State the method of payment you wish to pay by i.e. 'Card as before' when additional funds are needed // Ensure 'Senders Address' details are clearly visible on the back of the returning parcel. **Filling out all the necessary fields will speed up your return/exchange considerably**

You can find our 'Returns and Exchanges' form on the reverse of your invoice. If you require a copy of this form, please CLICK HERE and print.

Please note that all refunds are subject to a standard 10% handling & restocking charge, and any postage & packaging costs cannot be refunded. In all cases we advise you to obtain proof of postage at your post office (just in case the parcel does not reach us).
