 Finance Assistant


 If you are the Finance Assistant we’re looking for……..You’ll be…….


 Commercially minded, passionate about automation, innovative, friendly and fun.

 Working within the Finance Team and assisting the Management Accountant in managing the day to day finance and admin processes.

 Based in our Leeds office full time, you’ll be responsible for the following areas within the Dencowear Finance team:

  • Providing accounting support to the business.
  • Producing reports on an ad-hoc basis as required by the business under direction from your Line Manager.
  • Reconciling customer accounts.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Credit control.
  • Sending of sales invoices and statements.
  • Resolving customers’ invoice queries.
  • Customer Service Assistance
  • 3 Way Match (PO,Delivery,Invoice)
  • Maintain Purchase Ledger
  • Reconcile to Supplier Statements
  • Reconcile credit card
  • Process Expenses
  • Manual Sales Order Processing
  • Processing Customer Returns and Exchanges
  • Processing Supplier Returns
  • Ad-Hoc Work for Management Accountant and Finance Team


To be experienced using  Microsoft Excel

Great attention for detail.

A process driven person who is insistent on accurate work.

knowledge of Sage based on previous experience ideal but not essential

Telemarketing Executive 

 If you are the Telemarketing Executive that we are looking for then you will be.......bubbly, driven, hungry, results focussed, persistent, friendly and fun.

You will be working within the Sales Team of an award winning health and beauty uniform supplier and will assist the team in helping grow the business rapidly over the next few years.

 Based in our Leeds office full time, you’ll be:

 ·         Calling prospects to arrange appointments for the sales team.

  • ·         Sending samples
  • ·         Compiling quotations
  • ·         Researching new markets and generating new contacts.
  • ·         Maintaining the accuracy of our database.
  • ·         Assisting the sales team with general tasks. 

You’ll be brilliant on the phone, be strong willed, resilient and focussed. You should be highly organised, computer literate with good writing skills and a high level of attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing company and an excellent career path into sales with scope for promotion.

 Account Manager

 Based at our Head Office in Meanwood, you will be joining a rapidly expanding manufacturing and supply business in the clothing and workwear industry.

 This is a challenging and interesting role as part of our Customer Support Team- building and maintaining customer relationships, whilst providing excellent support and information to our clients.

 Key responsibilities include:-

  • ·         Client Management and Support
  • ·         Maintenance and development of the existing customer database
  • ·         Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to promote sales campaigns
  • ·         Administration support to the team
  • ·         Processing orders and client requests
