• We know you want to snip. But read the care label, even just once.
• Don't overfeed your machine. Be kind, and dry as stated on the label.
• Lift and Separate. Group whites, darks and colours.
• Don't get into hot water. Always use the correct temperature.
• Love your clothes inside out. Iron trims and prints on the reverse.

Once you've ordered from us, it's normal to experience what we call the "want it nows" - regular checking for the postman, giddiness when the doorbell rings and nervous excitement in the tummy.

That's why wherever possible, we dispatch items the very next day, and aim to get things to you as soon as we possibly can.
